There is evidence that cannabinoids are useful for treating tics in Tourette’s syndrome, reducing levodopa-induced dyskinesia in Parkinson’s disease and some forms of tremor and dystonia. 46 It is believed that cannabis may also be helpful in the treatment of chorea in Huntington’s disease and hypokinetic parkinsonian syndromes. 47
